Our construction loan amounts start at $1.5 M and can go as high as requested, program terms are typically up to 2 years but can vary depending upon your project. All construction loans are Interest Only and our maximum Loan to Costs are usually based on 65% of total project costs. All Construction Loans are all usually full recourse and we can do speculative deals.
